1. CRM - select Reminders


Click on "Reminders"


2. Review missed/upcoming activities

In the reminders list, missed reminders will be displayed (colored red), as well as the upcoming ones (colored black) 


3. Record an executed activity

By clicking on the activity in the reminders list, a dialog will open in which the instructions for executing an activity are displayed and the entry/record of executed activity will be possible.


Once that is completed, click on Save.
