1. Enable the feature in Settings - Your company
2. A new entry field will be displayed for the document
3. In your Excel file, rename the columns to appropriate fields, which are located in MetaKocka.
Currently, the import of the following is supported: Product code, Product name, EAN, Quantity, Price, Discount, VAT, Selling price, RP, RP VAT, micro-location, expiry date, Lot number, Serial number. Mandatory fields are product code and quantity.
- In case of entering larger quantities with serial numbers, use commas to separate their entries.
- If the product is yet to exist in MetaKocka and the Product name field is not provided, the product will be created with a name that is the same as the product code.
4. Mark the fields that should be copied and paste the content into the entry field.
5. By clicking on the Check data button, entries will be read, and if there are no errors, the new products will be added.
In case of errors, such will be displayed below the entry field.
By clicking on the button Clear, the content of the entry field will be removed and errors will be reset.
If the product does not exist in MetaKocka, it will be automatically added to MetaKocka.
If this should not be done, in MetaKocka settings, the feature ''Confirm before adding a new product'' should be enabled.
In this case, a warning that the product does not exist in MetaKocka will be displayed
