Click on the sub-menu ''Price lists''.
2. Price lists - Select the Price list for which prices should be edited
Click on the price list on which prices should be edited/products should be added.
3. Search for a product, whose price should be changed
Click on the ''Editing price list'' icon, search for the product whose price should be changed, click on the field with price, and enter the adjusted price. Save changes.
4. Adding products to the Price List
By clicking on ''+Add product'', products are added to the price list.
In a dialog that opens, search for the product that should be added, select it, and determine its price. In the case that price scales apply to the product, limit the class in ''Qty to'', based on the purchased amount.
Save changes.
5. Adjusting prices of a greater amount of products
Adjusting prices of a greater number of products on the price lists can be done by importing the price list.
The table can be found in Settings - Data import
Open the downloaded table and fill in the columns with appropriate data:
The price list ID must be the same as the existing price list ID in MetaKocka - the picture below
Fill in the Excel table with appropriate data and import it Settings/Data import - for Type, select ''Price lists - sales'
After the successful import, the prices will be updated on the price list.
6. Recording price adjustments in the price list
In the case of changing prices on the price list, for each product, information about when was the last change made and by whom is available.
