The user's access to or work in MetaKocka can be restricted in several ways:

1- deactivating access to the entire region/modules or certain functionalities inside the module

2: restricting access to documents that are created by the branch assigned

3. visibility restriction: only to documents created by the user

1. Deactivating access to certain modules or functionalities

Click on Users.

In the list of users, click on the one whose accessibility rights you want to change

In the lower part of the form, trees are displayed. The left tree defines access to modules/functionalities within the application. The middle tree restricts access to reports, and the right one restricts access to graphs.

2.) Restricting access to modules or functionalities

If the ''check mark'' is removed from a user on the department level, for instance, removing ALL check marks for Purchase will lead to the user losing access to Purchase

After re-logging, users who do not have a check mark ticked for a certain module or functionality will no longer have access to it.

3.) Restriction of access to or insight into documents created within its branch (profit center)

If you want to limit the user to viewing only documents created by their branch or profit center, then follow the steps below:

Select ''Registers''

In the drop-down menu, select ''Profit center'' and enter it by clicking on ''Add record''. Save your entries.

In the page header, specify which profit center applies to a user.

and configure access to profit center data only

c.) Restricting access/insights to/into documents only created by the user

Click on ''Users'' if the user should be able to access their documents only

Select the user whose rights you want to limit

Specify access in such a way that only the ''Administrator - Own records'' field is selected
