The function can be activated in Settings/Your Company

2. Lot numbers

In Settings/Your Company

For "Warehouse" tick ''lot numbers'' and save changes.

3. Activation of Lot numbers usage

Indicate Lot no. on the product for which lot numbers should be used.

This can be already done when entering a new product. 

If this should be enabled for the product already added to MetaKocka, go to Sales - Products, search for it, click on Edit, tick LOT no., and save changes.

4. Receiving a product with a Lot number

When receiving a product with a Lot number, the field for entering the LOT number/label will be displayed when entering data.

5. Display of stock with Lot number in the warehouse

Stock can be verified in the warehouse according to the lot number, by clicking on ''Detailed'' on the Warehouse page

6. Selection of product with Lot number on Invoice or Delivery note

When adding the product to the invoice or delivery note the Lot number in stock is displayed in the dialog, after selecting it, stock of the Lot number for that product will be written off. 

LOT EXAMPLE

Despite the product being selected, the lot number can still be selected or changed, if the wrong one has been selected.

Before activating this option, check whether the product has already been used and has stock available since the option cannot be activated until the entire stock is used.
