Online stores - Transfer orders from date:

In the case of moving to MK order collection from other ERP systems with already collected orders, only orders starting from a particular date can be transferred to MK. That is important mainly because of automatic order transfer since it prevents the transfer of older orders that are already shipped and invoiced.

In additional settings of your company, open the online store:

In online store settings, indicate from which date onward should the orders be transferred.
