Only received orders that are yet to be shipped (ex. no data for shipping, such as tracking number) are transferred from eBay to MK. If you also want to transfer orders that have already been sent (for example, due to retroactive issuing of invoices), you can turn this option on during the initial data transfer and then turn it off.
