Activation

The basis for printing the label is receiving note with products. If the price should also be displayed, selecting the appropriate price list is required.

Configuration

Select your name in the upper right angle and then click on ''Additional settings''. After the application opens, ''Labels'' should be selected. In addition, empty values can be used for label definitions. The simplest way is to select the label from the existing templates. The procedure is described below with pictures. Reach out to our support if any adjustment is needed., and we would be glad to help you.

Printing labels

Click on Tools - Label printing, to print the labels on the receiving note for selling and purchasing products.

Examples of different labels:

1. One label, one page. Together with price - (W x H) 60mm x 37,7mm

    The following is displayed on the label - Product name, bar-code with number, and retail price

2. One label, one page - (W x H) 62,8mm x 27,9mm

    The following is displayed on the label -  Product code, bar-code with number, and product name

3. A4 sheet containing several labels. (W x H, one label) 37,8mm x 20,8mm

   The following is displayed on the label - Product ID, product code, 

product name, price including VAT, and bar-code connected to the product ID

4. One label, one page. (W x H) 60mm x 37mm

    The following is displayed on the label  - Product name, product ID, price, pick-up date, unit of measurement, and bar-code

5. One label, one page. Quantity and unit of measurement (W x H) 104,8mm x 70mm

The following is displayed on the label -  Number of receiving note, supplier, product code, product name, and quantity with unit of measurement

6. One label, one page. Bar-code is up  (W x H) 62,8mm x 27,9mm

    The following is displayed on the label - bar-code with the number, product ID, and product name

7. A4 sheet containing several labels. (W x H, one label) 37,8mm x 20,8mm

   The following is displayed on the label - number of bar-code, product name, product code, and retail price

8.  A4 sheet containing several labels. Name on top. (W x H) 50,4mm x 26,5mm

      The following is displayed on the label - product name, product code, supplier, price

9.  A4 sheet containing several labels. Additional description (W x H) 50,4mm x 26,5mm
