MetaKocka - establishing a connection
Specify the new type of delivery, that will be used for delivery service GLS AT, DE or FR
1. go to Additional settings/Delivery services/New
2. Select the delivery service GLS Austria, Germany or France
3. enter data that you received from GLS-a
4. enable any additional services
5. save
6. Test the connection performance
1. Adding delivery service, add a new one, and choose delivery service.
2. Enter data that you received from GLS:
- GLS Username
- GLS Password
- Customer ID
- Contact ID
All the data was received from GLS Germany/Austria.
3. Eenable any additional services:
Specifics and errors:
The following 3 sticker formats are supported:
- A6
- A5
- A4
"Authentication error" - This error may be shown even if all data is entered correctly. This can happen due to an unactivated REST interface for your account on GLS. Contact GLS technical support to resolve this issue.
