Certain processes connected to the online stores are executed in the background and during such, documents are created (sales orders, invoices, etc.). Since in MetaKocka, we can see who created and changed a document, now we may set the user who will be used for document creation. Therefore, the document will no longer be created by ''Janez Novak'' (the first company user), but rather a new user can be added to MetaKocka (for example ''Automatic process'') selecting it as the user for background processes.
