When the invoice is created via Order Management, the warehouse is usually determined through the existing system for determining the warehouse (depending on the user settings, company, and label of the main warehouse).
Alternatively, the selected warehouse can be determined in the following ways as well:
- Online stores: for the online stores that do not use Order Management, see point 1 in the instructions - Online stores - selecting a warehouse
- API interface: "warehouse" parameter (example https://github.com/metakocka/metakocka_api_base/blob/master/docs/documents_put_document_sales_order.md#example-full-request-)
- Sales orders: in ''Your company'', activate the option "Additional fields on sales orders" and the "Warehouse" option. This way, the warehouse can be selected on the sales order
- Order management: guidelines - Online stores - selecting a warehouse
If the warehouse is set on the order, it will be transferred upon invoice creation.
