If you are dealing with a lot of orders, from the perspective of issuing parcels, it is usually better to focus on ''95%'' of the orders that have no ongoing issues and only at the end of the day shift your attention to the ones that experienced certain issues. In order to solve these issues, orders should be first assigned with the ''Problem'' status. At the end of the day, you can find them by applying filters and focus on solving their issues. Activate the following functionalities:

  • Transfer of orders- searching for duplicates - more


Printing labels

If there is an error coming from the delivery service when printing the labels, (such as incorrect address format, phone number etc.), the order should be placed in the ''Problem'' status and a description of the error should be entered in an additional field in the order. For other orders, the labels will still be prepared.
