The messages overview is located in ''Additional settings''. If you have authorized access (in Settings -> Users, access to "Settings" is enabled), then all the e-mails sent from your company will be visible. Otherwise, only e-mails sent by you will be visible.



The following fields are available on the list:

  • ID - internal number of sent e-mail
  • Status - status of the sent message
    • Sent - successfully sent,
    • In queue - the message is in the queue for sending. It should be sent soon,
    • Error - an error occurred during sending. Click on the button (i) to display the message in detail.
  • Added
  • Sent
  • Sender
  • Addressee
  • Address - address of the electronic message. If the entire one is not displayed, click on the button (i), where the complete address will be displayed
  • Postal server - indicates via which postal server the message was sent. The options are the following:
    • pro.turbo-smtp.com - MetaKocka server
    • mandrill - sending e-mails via Mandrill
    • other - i.e. g-mail, etc. - manually set e-mail server
  • Other:
    • (i) - displays additional information.
    • (icon document) - insights into the content of the message
    • (icon download) - if the message has attachments, such can be downloaded and viewed. If there are more of them, a ZIP archive will be created with all attachments. 

Mandrill usage


E-mails sent via Mandrill can be recognized by their ''Postal server'' which should be ''mandrill''. The entire content of the request which was sent to Mandrill, is located under (i) icon. If that request has an attachment, the content will be downloaded after clicking on the button (download).
