In additional settings, selecting the note format displayed on the labels printed from each delivery service is possible for users who print labels via Order Management.
The following note formats are supported:
- 2 - PRODUCT CODE 1 - additional description 1, 1 - PRODUCT CODE 2 - additional description 2
- 2 - PRODUCT CODE 1, 1 - PRODUCT CODE 2
- (3ar) 2 x description 1, 1x description 2
- (3ar)2xdescription 1,1xopis2 (without space)

Format 2 - PRODUCT CODE 1 - additional description 1, 1 - PRODUCT CODE 2 - additional description 2
This format is the default format in MetaKocka. Format is comprised of individual sections, that are repeated multiple times and separated by commas. The individual section represents ''the quantity of the individual product - product code - additional description from the online store order''. T
Format 2 - PRODUCT CODE1, 1 - PRODUCT CODE 2
Format is comprised of individual sections, that are repeated multiple times and separated by commas. The individual section represents ''the quantity of the individual product - product code''. The principle is the same as with the format above, however, there are no additional descriptions taken from the online store orders.
Format (3ar) 2 x description 1, 1x description 2
Format is comprised of individual sections, that are repeated multiple times and separated by commas. The individual section represents ''the quantity of the individual product x product description". If the product description in MetaKocka is not set for the product, the product code will be used automatically.
In the case of multiple different products, in the beginning, the section appears that represents the total quantity of all products that are in the package. If only individual product is considered (even if the quantity is greater than 1), this section for total quantity will not appear.
Format (3ar)2xdescription1,1xdescription2 (without space)
Stands for the completely same format, with the same exceptions, as mentioned above. The difference is that for this format all spaces are removed to shorten the content that is displayed on the label.
This can be caused by many factors, such as short fields on individual delivery services and a great number of products, which completely cover the fields on the labels.
Format Comment from the online store customer
This format maps the comment, left by the customer when placing the order in the online store, to the label. If there is no comment, the field will stay empty. Whether the comment will be visible completely or not depends on each delivery service - various delivery services have different lengths for comment fields. The comment will be visible where that is possible, otherwise the comment will be cut to the appropriate length.
