Mobile scanner - Replacement

Read the label with the mobile scanner  (or search for the order by clicking on Search)  

The content of the order, for which you want to create a replacement, will be displayed 




select which product the customer wants to replace 




choose whether the product is damaged or not, and by clicking on ''Add product'', select the one that the customer wants to receive as a replacement 



Search for a product, select it, enter quantity, and MPC, 


and click on Add


Select status, which will be assigned to the original order, and Confirm


The status of the original order will be changed, a new credit note will be created along with the new order containing the replacement product. If the original order was already paid, the price of the product that replaced the old one will be transferred as a payment already made for the new order.
