Particular reports are the result of the total value of the selected documents, and therefore it is hard to determine what the genuine data export is. Hence, the following questions may arise:

• Intrastat: on which invoices there are products with customs tariff T1?
• Sales by countries: why did sales occur in a particular country and which invoices are related to it? Why is there such an amount?

Certain reports now support the export of all input data for the calculation to individual TXT file. Consequently, it can be determined why there is a deviation for the selected data. Then, the file can be opened or imported to Excel and an analysis can be made.
