In Order Management / SMS / Import and Send, the sending of SMS messages can be activated by importing the phone numbers and corresponding text in bulk:
Select NTH as a provider for one-way and Infobip for two-way communication
In the Campaign name field, enter the Campaign for which the SMS message is sent. The campaign name can also be used to indicate the purpose of sending SMS messages for your records.
In the Country field, enter the country for which SMS are sent
In the Sender's ID field, enter the sender which will be displayed to the SMS receiver
The following additional options are also available:
Remove unicode characters - converting Cyrillic and Greek alphabet characters into Latin alphabet characters
Skip errors - SMS messages without errors will be sent, while those with errors will be skipped.
Change URL with shorter URL - the entered URL will be replaced with a shorter one, saving space in the SMS length
In the Excel file (example in the attachment), prepare the phone numbers and messages, and then copy them into the designated field:
Click on the ''Send'' button and in the ''Results'' field, the effectiveness of sending SMS messages will be displayed.
If the sending should be prepared in advance, so that it can be executed later, import the phone number and the message, but also specify the date and time of sending:
The sending will then be added to the sending list, where the sending's status and its success can be tracked:
