The functionality enables verifying duplicates after the shipping is completed.
Functionality operation:
If the product is shipped to the customer and is yet to be delivered or returned to the sender, while the customer in between placed another order containing the same product, the new order will be assigned with the Duplicate status.
Usability of functionality:
Since, instead of picking up the existing package, the customer placed another order, by using this functionality, sending packages will be prevented for orders that are already shipped or are waiting somewhere to be claimed by the receiver. With this functionality, costs are reduced from the address of the unclaimed parcels.
