The price list of delivery services is intended for entering costs towards delivery services. Those costs are added as allocated costs on the invoice, enabling the cost overview for the selected package. Settings: Additional settings/delivery services/price list
1. Determine the statuses that indicate returned or delivered packages:

3. By clicking on NEW ENTRY, a dialog will open where the following values should be entered:
Transport cost is a cost that arises when transporting the package to delivery service. Example:
transport cost from your warehouse to delivery service, if payable transport is used.
Package delivery is the delivery cost charged by courier
COD cost is an additional cost for packages with COD
The return cost is a cost that the delivery service charges for the potential return
Weight - enter the weight of the package for which the above-listed expenses apply
Valid from/until - add from which date and until when the price list is valid
