Specifics
A username and password for tracking can be obtained exclusively through DHL Germany sales consultants. When the tracking password is configured for the very first time (namely, it is configured on your own via the link that is received in an e-mail from DHL), it is suggested not to use any special characters such as plus (+), minus (-), etc. Otherwise, the password will still be accepted, however, DHL Germany will face difficulties tracking the orders with such passwords.
When the username and password mentioned above are acquired/configured, enter them in the ''Shipment tracking'' window in the connection settings of DHL Germany in MetaKocka.
