MetaKocka - establishing a connection

1. go to Additional settings/Delivery services/New

2. Select the delivery service GLS Italy

3. enter data that you received from GLS Italy

4. save and test the connection performance

3. Enter the password and username that you received from GLS Italy:

• Username = Customer code/Codice Cliente/nome utente (in example 8001)
• Password = Password 
• Warehouse = GLS Depot/Sede GLS. If goods are shipped from Trieste, the value is ''TS'', while if it is Gorizia, the value is ''GO''. 
• Contract = Codice Contratto
• Specify the new type of delivery that will be used for delivery service GLS Italy, you can add new (+)

Specifics

• GLS Italy notes on labels and phone number

  When printing labels via GLS API, MetaKocka sends order data and also notes which are later visible on the label. Sending format is "<<spisek artiklov>>, Gsm: <<telefonska številka>>". In case of a larger number of products or a longer list of products, it is possible that the GSM number will not be visible, since the note field on the GLS label is relatively small. GLS Italy additionally limits this field to 35 characters - any content longer than 35 characters is cut off. 

• Often it happens that GLS Italy adds its own labels at the beginning of this field, thereby additionally shortening the content sent by MetaKocka.
