By activating the functionality of capturing pictures and links, such are captured from the web page regularly. Capturing is executed to save pictures in MetaKocka and insert them into e-mails via Mandrill.
Functionality is activated in Additional settings/OrderManagement:
Upon activation, each night around 3:20 am, automatic synchronization of pictures and links from the online page is activated.
Transferred pictures, links, and synchronization data can be found in online stores, where by clicking on the ''Refresh'' button, a manual collection of such data can be executed:
If such a functionality is activated, all products on the web page will always be updated. If using Woocommerce, a filter named ''date modified'' can be added, which enables only retrieving products that have been updated:

When pictures and links are saved in MetaKocka, such can be used in the Mandrill template where dynamic registers are used:
