The suggested addresses filtering function enables the display of addresses used for the customer's previous orders. Functionality can be used to correct/complete missing order data.
The description of functioning:
take a phone number as referent data. Upon matching the phone number all customer records and delivery data can be found.
then, such are displayed in the address editor dialog:
If the suggested address is selected, such will be saved in the order.
If internal contacts are used for placing the orders, just insert such among exceptions in settings. Otherwise, the address matching will display an error, since the e-mail address and phone number are keys to search for address suggestions:
