Additional instructions regarding the creation of purchase orders can be found at the LINK
2. Creating the order for receiving (optional):
Order for receiving is created by clicking on the purchase order - tools - transfer to order for receiving
It is intended for warehouse overview, i.e. what is exactly coming from the purchase order to receiving. From the order for receiving, the goods receiving note is created. Either via Reader or in MetaKocka.
3. Creating the goods receiving note from the purchase order or order for receiving.
From the selected purchase order or order for receiving, the goods receiving note is created by clicking on the ''Tools'' and ''Transfer to order for receiving''. Receiving could be also executed through Reader if you are using it.
Receiving increases the supplies in the warehouse for the selected products.

4. Received orders
When all products of the purchase order are received, the purchase order is colored.
