If there is a large number of customers/suppliers, the redirection to the form might take some time as it involves reading the last group of data. In the case of Order Management/online stores, the number of customers is so large that individual records are not useful for selection and the search should be made instead. If this feature is enabled, in the customers/suppliers list, a blank window will be displayed. Only after the search has been made, the requested data will be available.
