Functionality is dedicated to Order Management users for a simplified stock overview. The configuration can be activated in additional settings/Order Management/Display unshipped stock in the warehouse:


Stock in the warehouse decreases by issuing the invoices and increases by issuing the credit notes. When Order Management users issue the invoice for the sales order, the warehouse stock will decrease. The physical stock still exists in the warehouse, since the package is yet to be packed and shipped.

We added the display of Unshipped stock, for a streamlined overview of the invoices issued, which decreased the stock in the warehouse and for which the package is yet to be shipped and the stock can still be found in the warehouse.



Example:

The invoice has been issued for the order, which in other words, means that the stock has been deducted from the warehouse: 


The order has the Ready to ship status assigned, which means that physical stock still exists in the warehouse since the package has not left it yet, which is displayed by the following information:


When the package is marked as sent, and the order receives the shipping date:


Unshipped stock in the warehouse will be deleted:
