Packing
Packing data for each operator is displayed on the graph:
The following metrics are displayed on the graph:
- Number of packed orders: how many orders have been packed in the selected period
- Average time per package: average packing time in the selected period
- Number of products: number of products packed by operator in the selected period
- Active packing hours: how many hours the operator has been packing in the selected period. Active hours display the total time of each package.
- Number of products per hour: The number of products packed by the operator in 1 hour is calculated based on the active packing hours and number of packed products.
Statuses
The graph displays the number of orders with Problem status assigned compared to the total number of orders:
Received/Packed
Displays data about packed orders, possible packing backlogs, and problem-solving:
- Received packages: received orders on the selected day
- Packed: Packed orders on the selected day
- Packed ongoing orders: how many ongoing orders have been packed
- Packed older orders: how many older orders with backlog have been packed
- Backlog: how many older packages are in the backlog
- Unpacked: Tekuće nespakirane narudžbe
- Problems: how many orders placed on the selected day received the problem status
- Solved problems: how many problems are solved
Allocated
Displays data on received orders, orders allocated to operators, and packed packages.
Problems
Displays the problem status. Number of all problems, how many of them are ongoing ones and how many of them are in the backlog.
