Functionality is supported by Shopify and enables removing a product or creating a return/customer complaint for orders if such orders are part of the customer complaint. If the invoice is already created, a credit note is issued for refunded products in MetaKocka.

Functionality description:
When transferring orders to MetaKocka, check whether the order has the ''Refunded' status in the online store, if so, check whether the order and respective invoice already exist in MetaKocka. If the invoice exists, read the products that are part of the customer complaint and issue the credit note for such products.
