Turn on the function in Settings/Your company
2. Expiry date
In Settings/Your company
Under ''warehouse'' check expiry date and save changes.
2. Include the use of an expiration date on the product
The article for which you would like to use the validity date must be marked with the expiry date.
You can already modify this when entering a new product, or later by changing the product.
If you want to enable this for an article that is already entered in Metakocka, go to Sales - Articles, find it, click edit and check the validity date and save the change.
4. Recieving the product with expiry date
When recieveing the item with expiry date, at the entry you will have to fill the data for the expiry date.
5. Product stock with expiry date in the warehouse
You can check the stock in the warehouse by the effective dates by checking "Detailed" in the Warehouse
6. Selecting a product with expiry date on the invoice or delivery notes
When adding the product on the invoice or delivery notes is a dialog, where shown the expiry date that is in stock. When adding the product on the document, the stock for this product will be deducted.
Example expiry date
When activating this option, care must be taken if the article has already been in use and has stock, it is necessary to use up this stock first and then turn on this option or create an inventory for these articles so that items with an expiration date are also included in the stock.
