Functionality is dedicated to Order Management users, who transfer online orders to sales orders and then transfer such in bulk to the work order because of their own product manufacturing.
1. Functioning
By clicking on ''Orders - for issuing an Invoice'', there is a ''Transfer to Work order'' button displayed.
Select the orders that should be transferred to the work order. By clicking on the button, the work order draft with products will be created, which are present on the selected sales orders. Only products are transferred to the work order and no services.
Edit the work order by adding the customer, administrator, and all other data that should be present in the work order.

In additional settings/Order Management, select:
Transfer products from sales order to work order
The following can be selected in the settings:
- category of products that are transferred to the work order. When creating the work order, only products for which the selected category is specified will be transferred:
- After creating the work order, change the order status to the selected status. It enables the status of the orders that are included in the work order to be changed to the selected one upon completion and saving of the work order
- After completing the work order, change the order status. It enables the status of the orders that are included in the work order to be changed to the selected one, when all settings on the work order are marked as completed:

Settings:
The orders will be transferred to MetaKocka in the selected status. From the selected status, a work order with products (with BDS1 as the selected category) will be created in bulk. When the work order is created, the order status is changed to ''In work order''. Upon completing the work order, the stock will be created in the warehouse, and the status of the orders will be changed to ''New'', while the invoices will be created for the selected orders.
