Ready to Ship
1. Select the company for which you will pack orders orders. Next step is to select the orders, and click on Labels. After clicking on the Labels icon, the labels will be created and new window will open.
2. Successfully created labels can be downloaded by pressing the "Download" button or Open by pressing the "Open" button.
f the order contains any errors, such will be displayed, and in such a case the order will be moved to the "Problem" tab,
where it can be adjusted/fixed and put back in "Ready to ship"
Commissioning / Picking
Once the labels are Downloaded and printed, press Confirm to move to the Commissioning window :
In this window you will see different options based on setting of Fulfillment app:
- creating picking list:
- all (orders are examined and same SKUs are sum up and algorithm optimise picking route based on distance/ location type and stock values)
- by order (picking list is prepared in the same order as the orders)
- cart (picking list is prepared based on setting - how many compartments picking cart has - it guides warehouse operator in which compartment he needs to put picked item )
If the field ''Send to warehouse'' is ticked, the list will be displayed on the mobile scanner:
The list of active commissioning is now visible in the mobile warehouse app https://main.metakocka.si/apps/mobilewarehouseapp/):
The warehouseman will then open and optimized path based on chosen option will display the list of items/ locations where operator needs to collect/scan/mark the products on the list, and then confirm the picking list:
If picking list is not finished, when preparing next batch of orders, a new commissioning list will be created or an active list will be shown to add orders to Existing commisioning / picking list
The status of the commissioning is also visible in the Fulfillment application - Commisioning tab where the statuses can also be changed:
DRAFT= the list is not visible in the mobile application nor is it accessible to the warehouse worker
ACTIVE= the list is visible in the mobile application
COMPLETED= the warehouseman has completed the commissioning list
Order shipping
In the previous step, labels were created for orders that will now be shipped with the mobile scanner. Before continuing, please log in to the Mobile Scanner via the following link:

1. Open the ''Dispatch'' tab on the Mobile Scanner:
2. Scan the label and the order will be displayed with its corresponding content, which should be added to the package. Scan the products or mark the ones that were already packed, and then press CONFIRM:
When the package is scanned, the order status will be changed from the ''Ready to ship'' status to the ''Shipped'' status, and all processes involved will be notified about change.
That way, the Fulfillment center, which manages the list of shipped packages in its application, as well as the company for which the service was performed, receive information about the shipped package in their profile.
All orders shipped can also be tracked all the way to final delivery - delivered orders will move to "Completed" tab in Fulfillment APp
