Functionality is intended to create labels that customers can use to return the package. The label is created based on the product code which specifies the label creation. The return label is created together with the delivery label, but it is hidden for the user and the recipient can receive it exclusively via e-mail.
Settings
1. In additional settings/Order Management/Settings, enable the functionality: SKU labels for package return and enter the product SKU, which will define the time when the return label will be created. The label will be sent to the recipient via e-mail in the following step.
If the sales order contains the SKU, defined in settings, aside from the typical label, the return label will also be created, which will be forwarded to the recipient via e-mail in the next step.
2. The label created in the first step will be sent to the recipient via e-mail if the appropriate definition is set. To activate the label, the sending definition must include the ''Attach the return label'' functionality.
Tick the preferred template for sending return labels and the label will be sent to the recipient as an attachment.
