Adding order (manual entry) - Order Management

After logging in to MetaKocka, move to Order Management

In Order Management, add the order by clicking on the + on the right-hand side.

1. Enter the customer's data

2. Enter the recipient's data

3. Enter the customer's order number 

4. Select the ''Created'' status

5. select the payment type

5.1.  if the order is already paid, click on Add Payment. If COD should be collected at the delivery, skip this step!!

6. Select the delivery service

if the order is shipped by fulfillment, select the appropriate warehouse. 

In the product list, add products:

1. enter the product SKU code and select the product

2. enter the quantity

3. select VAT

4. enter the price/piece

Finally, save the order by clicking on the blue icon to save order.
