If you want certain orders to have their status changed immediately upon entry into Metakocka, you can set this in Additional settings / Order management / Order processing.
There are three keys available for detecting orders:
Keyword: If the order contains the selected keyword in any field, the selected status will be applied to the order when it is transferred to Metakocka.
Orders with email: If the order contains the entered email, the selected status will be applied to the order when it is transferred to Metakocka.
Orders with phone number: If the order contains the entered phone number, the selected status will be applied to the order when it is transferred to Metakocko.
Usage Example: You want to automatically delete test orders. Enter the keyword "test," the email which was used to place the test orders, or the phone number. The orders will be automatically deleted.
