1. Stock

For the successful management and provision of fulfillment service, warehouse operations and support of warehouse processes are of key significance.

In the Fulfillment application, the stock display by companies for which the fulfillment service is provided is available.

Select the company for which the stock should be displayed

In the warehouse, the product is recorded with the following information:

  • product code
  • EAN code
  • Product name
  • Product location
  • Lot number if it exists for the product
  • Expiry date if it exists for the product
  • Physical stock in the Fulfillment warehouse
  • Reservations, how many orders/products approximately still wait on import into the fulfillment application from the user's profile
  • Free stock, how many products are still available for further sales

Stock is automatically decreased and increased with the fulfillment processes. The stock decreases if the package is shipped and increases if the scanned package is returned to the warehouse.

Stock status data is up-to-date in real-time and at any moment secures a real display of stock status.
