To establish an exchange of data with the EnaA online store, editing products and preparing an appropriate sales price list for EnaA is needed. (product entry)

1.  Activating integration

Functionality needs to be activated first.

Choose Settings - Company data

For ''price lists - exchange'' tick the ''EnaA'' checkbox.

Save your settings.

2. Entering and configuring a price list

Create a new price list or edit an existing one, where you will have ''EnaA'' listed as a type of exchange

Open a price list created for EnaA, tick the EnaA checkbox, and save a price list.

3. Adding EnaA connection

EnaA connection needs to be added.

Select Settings - Links

Choose a type of connection and click on Add.

Select the warehouse from which the supplies will be read to create data together with selecting the price list that was created for exchange with EnaA and finally save your settings.

Click on ''Test connection'' and if there are no errors, the URL link will be generated. Once the generation is complete, forward the URL to EnaA.

In case of errors in data generation, in your e-mail inbox, you will receive a message with a description of the errors.

4. Minimum requirements for exchange

To meet the minimum requirements for exchange with EnaA, the following needs to be configured:

1. Products need to have categories assigned ( Entering categories )

        

2. On the price list, select exchange: EnaA

        

On the EnaA price list, also the following needs to be done:

4. Enter the price in the ''Price'' field

5. Enter VAT.

6. Specify the PPC price and select PPC VAT.
