If an additional description is added to the offer or sales order, such will also be transferred to the additional description of the work order. In certain cases, this is not desired, since the description in the offer/sales order is intended for the customer, while the instructions in the work order are added for the service providers.
The transfer of description can be disabled by enabling the option - ''Work orders - do not transfer additional description''.
