After logging in to MetaKocka, select "Address editor" from the drop-down menu
The application for Reviewing and editing addresses of received online orders will open displaying the unconfirmed orders. Once the application is loaded, orders will be validated and fields with incorrect data will be highlighted in red.
For better transparency and faster workflow, orders can be filtered by countries and limited to the certain number of orders that will be displayed in the list.
The orders may have different fields highlighted in red, depending on the detected errors - see the picture below.
By clicking on the highlighted field, the option to edit data will open, and in the upper right corner, the error detected by the system for that particular order will be displayed.
once the error is fixed, click on ''Save'' and move on to the next error. When all orders from the list are checked, click on "Confirm" in the application header.
Orders that were edited will be validated again and if there are still any errors, the application will alert you to that, consequently assigning the "Problem" status to the orders, and moving them to the "Problem" category accordingly.
Orders with the "Problem" status assigned, can be displayed by filtering the orders in the application header - select "Problem"
Orders with "Problem" status are fixed in the same way as the other orders. Click on the field with an error displayed, fix the error, and click on Save.
After fixing the errors, orders with previously assigned''Problem'' and ''Call center'' statuses should receive the next Status. Just by clicking on ''Confirm'' in the application header, the orders to which the procedure below is applied will be assigned the new statuses
Mark the row (1.), click on the Status (2.), and select one of the proposed status changes.
> "Check call center" - the assigned operator must directly verify the order with the customer since the order/customer data cannot be corrected adequately otherwise
> "Confirm to advance" - the order will be shipped
> "Deleted" - order will be assigned the ''Deleted'' status, it will not be shipped but will be kept in the system for potential inquiries.
Once the orders with ''Problem'' status are arranged, click on "Confirm" and the orders will be validated once again and assigned the respective statuses (picture below)
Orders with "Call center" status assigned, can be displayed by using the filter "Call center" and arranged in the same way as the orders with "Problem" status beforehand.
If the orders are deleted, they will receive the ''Deleted'' status and such will not be shipped, while only the confirmed orders will be so.
