From the graph, it is possible to determine the number and % of frequent customers and also the value of the average cart of new and frequent customers respectively.

In the graph, the total number of customers who made a purchase during the selected period is displayed, along with the number of frequent customers who made a purchase.

If the display of value in percentages is selected, the percentage value of the frequent customers for the selected period will be displayed:

In the graph, all customers are represented by the blue column, while the frequent customers are represented with the black curve.

Definition of a frequent customer:
a customer who purchased something in the previous period. Frequent customer is recognized by the same e-mail address and/or phone number. Customers/orders that are skipped are customer complaint orders placed via the MetaKocka Returns app and zero-value orders.

In the graph, the Display of the average cart can be selected to obtain data about the value of the average cart of new and frequent customers for the selected period.

Additional settings:

In settings, selecting how many months ago the data of frequent customers should be read and the exceptions which should be skipped when recognizing a returning customer (example of internal order placement via GSM or E-mail) is required.
