The hard black list is intended to exclude a customer, who may even have a good purchase history. Exclusion is based on email or phone number


It is accessible to users of the Address Editor module. In the settings, at the bottom, enter the data, which must be separated by commas, without spaces.


Access the Address editor module:

When a new order is created with the specified data (email/(phone number), it is automatically moved to the blacklist status.


Proper operation can be confirmed in Processing history, with the customer order number.
