Work orders
Work orders - the procedure of determining purchase price of material consumption and labor utilization
The procedure for determining purchase prices of material or labor is outlined below. The procedure is executed according to the following order and once the first price is found, the procedure ends.
Material
- in the selected warehouse, using the FIFO inventory management method, the product's purchase price is determined (also possible through inventory, inter-warehouse transfer Work order - ordered product, invoice cancelation, invoice credit note, and goods received note only). The material consumption date, serial numbers (if such exist), and the consumed quantity are considered.
- for the selected warehouse, the last purchase price should be determined by using the FIFO inventory management method
- the material's purchase price will be determined from the selected purchase price lists and the first price found will be returned. If there are multiple purchase price lists and all of them include the same product, it is not specified from which price list the product's purchase price will be returned.
Labor
- based on the selected purchase price lists, the purchase price of labor will be determined and the first such price will be returned. If there are multiple purchase price lists and all of them include the same product, it is not specified from which price list the product's purchase price will be returned.
- user who saves the work order, in the user settings has a ''Supplier'' specified. For that supplier, the price list exists. Based on that price list, the price is determined
- work order has determined executors. For the first one from the list, the Cost/UM are found and such are specified in Settings -> Users
