Work orders - the standard and automatic entry of material and work consumption

The standard that determines the products planned for consumption during fulfillment can be created for the product.

When selecting the product with standard, for the material and work planned, all products from standard should be added.

When entering the quantity of the planned ordered product, the realized quantity can also be entered. If consumption/realization for materials and work is not specified, it will be automatically added based on the appropriate proportions at the end. 

After completing the work order, the consumption of all material added to the work order will be automatically processed, regardless of whether the material was added to the work order using standard or manually.

Purchase value ratio:

The purchase value of the product for manufacturing is calculated based on the material products selected for the position.

If the material does not have a selected position, the purchase value is distributed among all available products.

Another option is to use the price ratio from the material normative.

It is designed to break down the sales product back into its material components.


In this case, it is necessary to contact support to enable it:

In Settings - your company, the following option will appear:
"Work Orders- Purchase Price According to Normative".

This option takes the price ratio from the normative, and no longer from the FIFO inventory status calculation. 
The normative must be configured on the base product, in which the products for manufacturing are defined.

On the WO, add material:

and the products into which it breaks down. The purchase price is now calculated according to the ratio configured in the normative.
