When exporting data for accounting programs, frequently there is a request to not record final customers as persons with names and surnames on the pages of these programs, but rather merge them into one person (i.e. ''Final customer with code 1000''). The settings described below enable such a configuration of data exchange. Companies with tax numbers will either way be still exported with their full names.
Customer code/Customer name
Existing customers will be replaced with the entered data. All other address data will be removed.
Merge invoices
If there is a large number of similar retail invoices, such can be merged into one invoice upon upgrade to save time for your accounting service when posting invoices. Example of functionality usage:
- online stores, which receive the majority of orders from physical persons,
- retail invoices to physical persons, and similar products.
The following conditions have to be met to merge invoices:
- functionality is enabled,
- the same partner type,
- the same currency and exchange rates
- the same accounts
If the invoice is merged, it will receive the ''Package InvoiceNumber'' tag, where the ''InvoiceNumber'' is the first invoice number inside the package. In the ZIP archive, there is also a special file named “dodatne_informacije.txt”, which contains data about all invoices in the package.
Automatically prepare the customer name
In the case of selling to final customers and such should be merged into one customer per country in the accounting program, this can be done by enabling the described functionality. This will allow the easier tracking of revenues per different countries and can consequently warn the customer about exceeding the annual revenues and the need to issue a separate tax number.
Functionality is valid for physical persons and legal entities. The customer code will be changed to i.e. ''00000191'', because 191 is the ISO country code (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1), while the name will be changed to "Final customer Croatia". Other data will be removed.
