2. Serial Numbers
At "Warehouse:", check "Serial Numbers" and save changes.
3. Selecting a product with a Serial Number
Every product, to which the Serial number will be added, must have the presence of the serial number denoted.
This can be already done when adding a new product.
If this should be enabled for a product that is already added in Metakocka, go to Sales - Products, open the product for which the Serial Number should be tracked, click edit, and tick Serial No. and save changes.
Automatic generation of serial numbers for already used products.
After enabling the tracking of serial numbers, products without serial numbers will still appear for some time. These are products that are already stored on existing documents (e.g., the product was stored on an invoice before enabling the serial number, and a credit note is generated after enabling the serial number). When products without serial numbers are used in automatically generated documents, a serial number will automatically be created for them.
Such numbering will always be in ascending order: Return1, Return2, Return3...
4. Receiving a product with a Serial Number
When receiving a product with a Serial Number, the data entry will also show a field for entering the Serial Number.

5. Display of Stock with Serial Numbers in the Warehouse
In the warehouse, you can check the stock by Serial Number by marking "Detailed" in the Warehouse.
6. Selecting product with the serial number on the invoice or delivery note
When selecting a product on an invoice or delivery note, the serial Number that will be sold is displayed in the dialog.

In the Retail module, the Serial Number is shown in the drop-down list. The selection can be made by clicking on the appropriate serial number or by entering the serial number in the search field (or reading it with a scanner).
