From MetaKocka, It is possible to send SMS and e-mail notifications for recovering abandoned carts. Abandoned carts are recorded in MetaKocka based on the configured definitions, while notifications that are sent to customers encourage them to complete their purchases, thus contributing to abandoned cart recovery.



Shopify: if the online store is created with Shopify, to use abandoned carts, the settings in MK according to the following instructions apply:

In settings, there are additional settings related to the abandoned cart



3.1. Products


If a product category is specified, only products from that category will be mentioned in messages. To achieve this, select MainProduct as the dynamic content in the definition. This ensures that only products tagged with the designated category in MetaKocka, as indicated in the settings, will be displayed in the message.



  

3.2. Call center coupons


If the Call center will be used in the process and manual sending of SMS via forms, then it is possible to specify which coupon will be added to the link, based on the country.








4. AC orders are transferred to: 



Based on the previously set configuration/notification launching definition, the order status will be changed. The order will arrive to MetaKocka, receive the Waiting status, and based on the definition, it will receive one of the SMS, e-mail, or call center statuses. If the customer completes their purchase, when transferring the order to MetaKocka, the abandoned cart status will change to Completed. If the abandoned cart order from the list is actually placed separately, it will receive the Deleted status. If the online cart is not recovered in 15 days, the order status will be changed to Unsuccessful.


The customers can be offered the form that enables unsubscribing from notifying. If the customer unsubscribes, their contact will be recorded in the blacklist. The form will be sent to the customer if the message contains the following variable:






Users have access to several filters that simplify their search through the list, making it easier to find what they're looking for. 





The ''Place an order'' button leads to the customer's abandoned cart, if the order should be placed on behold of the customer.





The order can be marked as completed or unsuccessful. In that case, the further process of sending notifications will be suspended:


Orders can also be marked in bulk. Click on "SEND SMS," and through the import and send form, you can send an additional notification to the customer.
