Creating/Adding a Price List for Fulfillment Services


To generate a billing statement and subsequently an invoice for the services provided, it is necessary to add a price list for each client receiving fulfillment services. This must be done in the Sales module - Price lists.



By clicking on (+), a new price list is added, where the following should be defined:

    1.    Select Fulfillment Client  (the Client’s tax number must be entered correctly - needed for invoice).

    2.    Define Validity ( dates )

    3.    Add services, entering their prices, and defining the applicable VAT rate.

    4.    Save the price list.



Generating Billing Statements for Services Provided to Clients


The invoice creation process begins with preparing the billing statement in the Fulfillment module -Billing by clicking on “Generate”.




Clicking the button opens a dialog for generating statements for all customers who received fulfillment services during the selected period but have not yet been created. It also displays customers who have already been billed for the selected period.



After confirmation, the generated statements are displayed in the list.






Billing statement review, creating adjustments, entering discounts, and Invoice Creation for Individual Client


A generated statement for an individual client can be opened with a double-click. Then, a price list should be selected in the statement header, which adds prices to individual services and applies the appropriate VAT rate.





The statement lines can be adjusted as needed (apply a discount, change the quantity) and confirmed.




Clicking on “+ New product” allows adding services for an individual client


Once statement editing is complete, the statement should be “Saved.”



Clicking on button “+ Invoice” generates an invoice based on the saved billing statement. The number of the successfully created invoice is displayed in the interface.

Transfer to External ERP/Accounting Programs


There are multiple options for exporting invoice data generated from billing statements:

        Direct transfer via API to an external program (check with support if the integration already exists).

        Manual file transfer ( shown below)  – via the “Export” option, which opens a dialog where the appropriate report/export type and period can be selected before exporting the data.
