The Show Longer Description functionality enables the display of an additional description of the customer on the sales order in OrderManagement. If the customer's longer title contains information that is important to you and you want it to appear on the sales order in OrderManagement, you can activate the functionality in Additional Settings/OrderManagement/Show long description.
After activating the functionality, an additional field will open on the sales order.
