We have upgraded the reclamation, return, replacement form (RVZO).
Now it is possible to
1) Breaking down the component (To be used as a way of returning produts instead of entire components)
2) Maping names of products in the form, based on captures from websites. (To be used as a way of having foreign languages for foreing orders.)
1) Breaking down the component:
Now customers on RVZO can choose exactly what they want to reclaim/return/replace. They can choose between the entire component or a standalone product of the compoment, but not both at the same time.
Once they return items within the component, it locks (colored gray), and it is no longer possible to return the entire component. They can return the remaining standlone products and all remaining entire components, if there were multiple components in the order.
Proccess:
Customers enter RVZO with order details and from there choose whether they want to complain, return, or replace.
An order example contains: 3 articles:
1. test RVZO kosovnica 1+2 (1pc)
2. Test RVZO Kosovnica 1+3 (2pcs)
3. Test RVZO Kosovnica 2+3 (3pcs).
Components contain:
Test RVZO Kosovnica 1+2; contains ART 1 (1pc) + ART 2 (2pcs); we will replace ART 1 (1pc)
Test RVZO Kosovnica 1+ 3; contains ART 1(2pcs) + ART 3 (6pcs); We will replace ART 1 (1pc)
Test RVZO Kosovnica 2+3; contains ART 2 (4pcs) + ART 3 (9pcs); We will replace the entire assembly (3pcs).
Display in the claim received by the company:
Test RVZO Kosovnica 2+3 (3pcs)
Test RVZO Samostojni ART 1 (1pc)
Test RVZO Samostojni ART 1 (1pc)
The customer can still claim the remaining inventory:
A customer's view, where the mentioned stock is already locked (colored gray) above, the customer can return the remaining stock.
Test RVZO Kosovnica 1+2 no longer has ART 1, so it is possible to claim only ART 2 (2pcs).
Test RVZO Kosovnica 1+3 still has ART 1 (1pc) and ART 3 (6pcs), so it is possible to claim either the remaining 1 entire assembly or the remaining independent parts (ART 1, (1pc) ART 3 (6pcs). / It is also possible to claim the entire assembly, and then ART 3 remains (3pcs).
Test RVZO Kosovnica 2+3 no longer has any parts, so nothing more can be claimed
.
2) Maping names of products in the form, based on captures from websites.
Depending on the country in the sales order, the form will accordingly select products in the appropriate language. You must have language mappings enabled. Instructions at the bottom.
