Registration on Temu
Registration on the Temu platform can be done by clicking on the following link: https://seller-eu.temu.com/
Registration
Registration is only possible for the selected marketplace. If you wish to add another marketplace, you must repeat the registration process and select the correct country. After re-registering, the marketplace will be added to the shared dashboard, where you can easily switch between marketplaces.
Connecting with the Temu Partner Platform
To connect Metakocke with your Temu profile, you will need to create a connection with the partner platform in Temu. Select Manage Apps and then select the country whose store you want to connect:

By clicking the authorization button, you will obtain a Token that you will need to enter into Metakocka

Country of the online store on Temu
Select the document type into which the order is mapped/transferred.
Select the warehouse for inventory synchronization.
Select the price list for price synchronization.
Synchronize Products with Metakocka:
Products must contain the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) information; otherwise, they will not be synchronized.
Connection Settings
The following settings within the connection are mandatory:
Mark as Sent (Označi poslano): For Order Management users, upon package dispatch, the tracking number, selected courier, and dispatch status will be recorded in Temu.
Delivery Service Mapping
Clicking on Read Delivery Services will provide a list of all valid delivery services for the selected country. You should then arrange the mapping of these services with your entries for Delivery Type in Metakocka.
The Connection Enables
Synchronization of items/products from Temu to Metakocka.
Synchronization of inventory/stock from Metakocka to Temu.
Synchronization of prices from Metakocka to Temu.
Synchronization of orders from Metakocka to Temu.
Order management from Metakocka to Temu (recording the tracking number, courier, and shipment status).
