bizBox - eArchiving

If you need to archive documents for audit purposes, you can do this through bizBox / MetaKocka eArchiving (eHramba).

For eArchiving, you need to register with bizBox:

FORM fill it in and send it to MetaKocka or bizBox

In Additional settings/bizBox, tick eHramba,  enter the start date for archiving invoices and credit notes, select the user and eHramba, and save the settings:

Invoices  and credit notes are then sent to bizBox for archiving:

the XML and PDF of the invoice/credit note are stored in the eArchive
